Smoky, spicy and restaurant-style Burnt Devil Chilli Paneer with fiery wok flavor and crispy paneer bites. Perfect Indo-Chinese starter for chefs & food lovers.

🧾 Ingredients (1 Portion)

Paneer Fry

* Malai Paneer – 180 gm
* Cornflour – 25 gm
* Salt – 2 gm
* White Pepper Powder – 1 gm
* Oil for frying – as needed

Wok Toss Sauce

* Oil – 15 ml
* Thai Ginger fine chopped – 5 gm
* Garlic chopped – 8 gm
* Ginger chopped – 5 gm
* Thai Red Chilli chopped – 6 gm
* Celery chopped – 4 gm
* Red Bell Pepper dice – 20 gm
* Yellow Bell Pepper dice – 20 gm
* Red Chilli Paste – 15 gm
* Vegetable Stock Water – 60 ml
* Red Chilli Sauce – 12 ml
* White Pepper Powder – 1 gm
* Aromat Powder – 2 gm
* Salt – 2 gm
* Devil Spice Powder – 3 gm
* Dark Soya Sauce – 5 ml
* Spring Onion chopped – 10 gm

👨‍🍳 Step By Step Method

1️⃣ Paneer Prep

Cut paneer into cubes. Add cornflour, salt & white pepper. Mix lightly and deep fry until light crispy golden.

2️⃣ Wok Base

Heat wok on high flame. Add oil, thai ginger, garlic, ginger, thai red chilli & celery. Toss for 15–20 seconds until aromatic.

3️⃣ Vegetables

Add red & yellow bell peppers. Stir fry on high flame for smoky restaurant flavor.

4️⃣ Sauce Making

Add red chilli paste, red chilli sauce, dark soya sauce, aromat powder, devil spice powder, white pepper & salt.

5️⃣ Finish

Pour vegetable stock water and boil for 20–30 seconds. Add fried paneer and toss properly on high flame.

6️⃣ Garnish

Finish with spring onion chopped and serve hot sizzling style. 🔥
