My Borg 9 and Maldivian Lemon both seem to have this issue. They grew the fastest for me. We had a bunch of rain several weeks ago and I started to notice these misshapen leaves.
I’ve applied neem oil. Haven’t seen any aphids or other insects. Something had been munching on it but I don’t see a lot of new activity.
Could it be remnants of the heavy rain or perhaps a disease? Not sure what further action to take or just let nature take its course and see if it fixes itself.
Picture number two is actually how it looked several weeks ago so definitely isn’t looking better since things have dried down.
