Ingredients
5 miced Garlic
13 pcs Raw whole shrimp
2 tablespoon chili oil (depends how spicy you can handle)
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 purple onion
1/3 ginger
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 sticks Green onion
1 tbsp black pepper
pinch of salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Minced garlic
Pour 2 tablespoon of butter into non-stick pan and turn on medium to high fire. Then, put the minced garlic and stir fired for a minute.Add garlic, ginger & purple onion
Add washed whole shrimp and stir fried a few time
Next, add 2 tablespoon of chili sauce, brown sugar , black pepper, salt and garlic powder and stir fried a few minutes until it cooks that shrimp turn in orange red color (Around 3-5 minutes and donāt over cook them because the texture of shrimp will change. )
Until the shrimp is cooked then add chopped green onion and ready to serve
