Ingredients:
2 kgs. of crabs
2 stalks of lemongrass (tanglad)
4 tbsp. of cooking oil
1 whole white onion, chopped
1½ cloves of garlic, chopped
50g of ginger, sliced
6 pcs. of tomato, sliced
Around 10 pcs. of green chili (siling haba)
1 can of evaporated milk (around 370ml)
1 pack of all-purpose cream (around 250ml)
½ cup of water
200g of tomato sauce
1 sachet of seasoning granules
4 tbsp. of fish sauce
1 pc. of green bell pepper, sliced
1 tsp. of chili powder
3 stems of wansuy (cilantro/coriander)
