I have never been to Mexico but it is one of my travel destinations since I was young. The reason is because I wanted to travel to Jalisco because there you can find the agave plants which they used to make Tequila. And back in the days, it was my most favourite drink! And on another note, Mexican food is one favourite cuisines and this recipe is my go-to dish when ever I have a visitor. It never fails every time! My visitors have the same comment, it is very very yum and restaurant quality or better. I have Chinese, Australian, Filipino friends who have tried it and of course this dish is one of my Greek partner’s repertoire of favourites!
I have only met two Mexican people in my life and coincidentally they have the same name “Daniela”. One I met in Florence Italy and one in Saigon Vietnam. And the Daniela whom I met in Saigon taught me how to cook Fajitas and proper tortilla.
