This is a different take on a classic. This dish includes a variety of different tastes from different spices, sauces, and seasonings. The overall time doesn’t exceed 2 hours and everything doesn’t take too long to prepare. The recipe is flexible and you can use any vegetables you desire. -Three large Anaheim Peppers
-5 Serrano peppers or more for desired spice
-4 cups of rice or desired amount
-Half to full cabbage
-4 medium-sized carrots
-1 medium sized onion scallions or green onions work just as well
-Chinese salt
-Salt

-Hoisin Sauce
-Chili Flakes
-Maggi Chili Sauce or any chili oil
-4 eggs or desired amount
