Chili dogs are awesome, but require a certain execution. Too often I see chefs (by which I mean plebs on Youtube) make normal chili and put it on a hot dog. The problem with that is normal chili is too coarse and chunky; making the task of eating onto an American Ninja Warrior challenge. So I created a much smoother slicker sauce style chili with chili dogs (and your jawbone) in mind.
