  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 cup soya chunks
    • 1 onion (sliced)
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • Curry leaves
    • 1 tsp pepper powder
    • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • Salt
    • 1 tbsp oil

    Method:
    1. Boil soya chunks for 5 – 7 mins, rinse with cold water & squeeze out all the water.
    2. Heat oil & sauté curry leaves, onion & ginger-garlic paste.
    3. Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala & salt.
    4. Add the soya chunks & toss well for 4 mins.
