I attack four different food prep recipes at once as the autumn harvest rolls in! Sun dried tomatoes, hot pepper flakes, white chicken chili base and cherry tomato sauce. Delish! Here are the ingredients you will need:
White Chicken chili base:
1-2 lbs tomatillos
8-10 hatch or Aneheim chilis
2 onions
2 jalapeƱos
Optional: garlic
Broil as shown in video, divide in bags and freeze. When ready to cook add to crockpot with 4 to 6 chicken thighs, can of beans( drained), chicken broth, cream, cumin and oregano to taste. Yum!
Sun dried tomatoes:
Roma type tomatoes
Olive oil
Italian seasoning or just oregano
Chili pepper flakes:
Thai hot peppers or cayenne peppers
Blistered Cherry Tomato Sauce
Cherry tomatoes
3 to 4 cloves garlic
Oregano
