The Best Chili Beans Ever!
Perfect meal for that cold day!
Ingredients:
Chuck Roast, ground 2.5 Lbs
Bell Peppers, diced 1 ½ cups
Onions, diced ½ cup
Corn, kernels 10 oz
Tomato, diced 2 medium
Pinto Beans, cooked 2.5 cups
Great Northern Beans, cooked 2.5 cups
Tomato Paste 1 cup 5 Tbsp
Fermented Pepper Paste 3 Tbsp (Optional)
Chicken Broth 2 cups
Beef Broth 2 cups
Chili Powder 4 Tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 Tbsp
Coffee Espresso Powder 1 tsp (Optional)
Maggi Seasoning 1 tsp (Optional)
Salt 2 Tbsp or to taste
Instructions:
Saute ground beef off. Remove liquid. Add onions, peppers and corn.
Saute for about 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Slow cook
on Low Heat for 4 hours (Medium Heat for 2.5 hours). Enjoy!
