Quick and Easy Beer Chili

This is the best, spicy beer chili recipe. It’s perfect for game day and made with 3 different types of Kidney beans, Jalapenos, Bell Peppers and Lefthand Brewing Co Oktoberfest Beer.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 sweet onion, diced
4 bell peppers, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
16oz Pace Medium Salsa
2 teaspoons coarse salt
2 pounds stew beef, diced
2 teaspoon cumin
1 can Oktoberfest beer
2 can light kidney bean
2 can dark kidney bean
2 can white kidney bean
1 can Hot Rotel

Instructions

In a Dutch oven or large stockpot, heat olive oil to medium-high. Add onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Sauté, stirring frequently, until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add diced beef and continue cooking.
Add spices and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Cook diced beef until it browns.
Add diced peppers, jalepno, Rotel
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
Transfer to crockpot
Add Oktoberfest beer
Cook for 3hrs.
