Full Recipe:
1 lb Ground turkey *Omit for vegan friendly version You can replace with extra squash or 1 cup of cooked farro or quinoa
1 cup good quality veggie broth
2 tsp Onion and garlic powder
Celtic sea Salt to taste
3 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp of cumin
No salt seasoning or fresh herbs of choice (2-3 T)
Diced organic carrots
Diced organic squash/pumpkin or butternut squash (about 1- 1/2 Cups)
1 small diced red onion
1 can of Pace salsa or salsa of choice
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 can of rinsed pinto or kidney beans, lentils & cannellini beans
