Chinese Mutton Chops Recipe!🤤
Here’s an Indo- Chinese recipe of delicious Mutton Chops!🤤
You must try this if you love Chinese food!♥️
Step 1:
• Pressure cook 1 kg mutton chops with 4 cups of water and 1 tsp salt (6 whistles)
• Store the mutton stock for later use
Step 2:
• Take 1 cup mutton stock in a large bowl
• Add the following ingredients:
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp all purpose flour
– 2 tbsp cornflour
– Mix it well
• Shallow fry the chops and keep it aside
Step 3:
• Heat the remaining stock in a kadai
• Add 2 tbsp shezwan chutney and stir it well
• (Simmer for 2 mins)
• Add 1 large capsicum
• Add 2-4 green chilis
• (Stir fry for 2 mins)
• Add the fried mutton chops
• Add salt and pepper as per your taste
• (Mix it well)
• (Simmer it for 2 mins)
• And it’s ready!
