Ingredients

Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
Cheese Cubes – 200 grams
Oil For Frying
Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Red Pepper – 1
Green Pepper – 1
Yellow Pepper – 1
Green Chilies – 4
Tomato Ketchup – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 2 – Cloves (finely chopped)
Soy Sauce – 1-teaspoon
Salt to taste
Onion – 2 – medium
Spring Onion For Garnishing

How to make Chili Cheese
1. Take a bowl and add gram flour, red chili powder, and water. Mix well and add cheese cubes to it.
2. After that deep fry and place on an absorbent paper.
3. Add olive oil, garlic, red pepper, green pepper, onion, green chili, and yellow pepper in a pan. Mix well and add tomato ketchup, salt, and soy sauce.
4. Then add fried cheese cubes and cook properly.
5. Serve well with spring onions.
