1 40oz can dark red kidney bean (any kind of bean will work or a mix of beans)
1 small/medium onion
2 cloves of garlic from fresh bulb
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix (make cornbread as directed on back of box)
