How to make Mirchi Pakoda: Wash and dry all the chillis. Cut in the middle and remove all the seeds. For the batter, take Besan, add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds mix all the dry ingredients.
Add water to make a thick batter, all the green chilis dip into the batter and fry both the sides in hot oil. Pakodas are ready to eat. Eat with ketchup or chatni.
