Marinating Chicken
3 ½ lbs boneless thigh (cube cut)
1 tablespoon – ginger
1 tablespoon – garlic
1 tablespoon – sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder (Kashmiri or regular)
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 ½ teaspoon salt (himalayan salt)
2 medium – eggs
4 tablespoons – flour
4 tablespoon- corn flour
Mix every ingredient together thoroughly.
Let the chicken sit for 15 to 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes put a pan on the stove and put oil in the pan for frying.
Fry the chicken in 4 batches until it is golden brown.

Gravy for chicken
2 tablespoons – oil
1 teaspoon – cumin seeds
1 teaspoon – garlic mince
Curry leaves
7 to 8 green chilis
½ cup of onion mince
⅓ cup of of tomato ketchup
¼ cup of sriracha (hot sauce)
1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon – salt
1 teaspoon – sugar
On a pan add cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic and ginger mince. Fry for a little bit. Add ½ cup of onion mince. Add water. Fry for a little bit more then add chicken. Mix the chicken with the sauce. Voila you Chicken 65 is ready.
