ALDI Slow Cooker Chicken Chili by Morgan (S1-E12)
In a Slow Cooker add
1. First 2 frozen (frozen is best) Kirkwood Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with rib meat
2. Next pour in 2 cans of Dakota’s Pride Great Northern Beans 15.5 oz cans
3. Next pour in 1 can od Dakota’s Pride Chili Mild Beans 15.4 oz can
4. Next add 1 package of Stonemill Hot Chili Seasoning Mix or Original Chili Seasoning mix 1.25 oz (According to taste)
5. Next add 1 package of Tuscan Garden Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
6. Next add 2 Tablespoons of Stonemill Chili Powder
7. Next pour in 1 can Casa Mamita Original Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 10 oz can
8. Next mix as best you can the ingredients
9. Set slow cooker to low allow to cook for 5 – 7 hours. The longer the better.
10. At the 5,6 or 7 hour mark pull the chicken out onto a separate plate or bowl. With 2 forks shred the Chicken and then put back into the slow cooker.
11. Next in a measuring cup add 3 Tablespoons of Baker’s Corner Corn Starch and pour in 1 cup of boiling water while whisking together.
12. After mixture is whisked together pour the mixture into the Slow cooker
13. Finally mix contents together. After 2 minutes the Chili is ready to serve.
