ZERO POINT CHILI || WW Chili, Healthy Turkey Chili || My Weight Loss Journey

Today I’m showing you my zero point — YES ZERO POINT— chilli recipe. It’s really really easy and always turns out great.
Don’t forget to give this video a thumbs up if you are glad it’s soup season 🤪

You will need:
•extra lean ground turkey
•chopped yellow onion and green pepper
•garlic
•zero point beans of your choice
•diced tomatos
•tomato paste
•beef broth
•chilli powder, cumin, oregano, salt

-brown the meat and add in garlic, onion, green pepper, and tomato paste
-throw everything into the crockpot.
I like to do 8 hours on low but you can also do 4 hours on high 😊 enjoy 🍂

All of these ingredients are zero points on WW blue and purple, but some may not be on green so always double check.
You can also choose to count it as 1-2 points per cup to be safe, but I live on the wild side 🤪
