Sausage Chili | Indo-Chinese Chili Chicken Recipe

This is a quicker version of the popular Indo-Chinese Chili Chicken/Chicken Chili. You can replicate the recipe by using any other protein like chicken, shrimp, fish, tofu, paneer etc. The cook times will definitely vary but the recipe remains the same.

Notes on the ingredients:
If not gluten free: feel free to use soy sauce instead of Tamari and Corn Starch or Corn Flour instead of Cassava.

Ingredients:
Chicken Sausage – 1 packet
Onion – 1 medium
Garlic – 2-4 pods
Green Chilies – per taste
Tomatoes – 2
Salt – per taste
Szechuan powder – a few pinches

For the Sauce:
2 tbsp ketchup
1.5 tbsp tamari
8 squirts of tobasco sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1tsp cassava flour or corn starch
