A) Potato Preparation : ( HIGH FLAME )
—- Peel off Potatoes and Cut into Slices—-
—- Boil Water and add salt —-
—- Add Potatoes and Cook for 2-3 Mins On High Flame to Remove Excess Starch —-
—- Then Strain With Cold Water —-

B) Dry Batter Preparation :
—- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour—-
—- 1/4 cup corn flour —-
—- salt as per taste—-
—- 1 TBSP oil —-

C) Liquid Batter Preparation :
—- 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour —–
—- 1/4 cup corn flour—-
—- Salt as per taste —-
—- 1 tbsp oil —-
—- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes—-
—- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper —-
—- Mix well and keep adding water to get the consistency —-

——–DOUBLE FRY POTATOES AFTER COATING_______

D) Sauce Preparation : ( HIGH FLAME )
—- 1 tbsp oil —-
—- 1/2 tsp grated ginger —–
—- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic—-
—- 2-3 slit green chilies—-
—- 1/2 Sliced capsicum —-
—- 1 tsp schezwan sauce—-
—- 1 tsp soy sauce —-
—- 1 tsp green chili sauce—-
—- 1 tbsp tomato sauce —-
—- Corn Flour water mixture—-
—- Add Fried Potatoes—-
—- 1 tbsp honey ( or as per preference )—-
—- 1/2 Tsp sesame seeds—-
—- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper —-
—- 2 tbsp chopped spring onions —-
—- Salt as per taste—-
—- Mix well and keep adding water to get the consistency —-
