I made Mango Hot Sauce using some of the world’s hottest peppers. Here’s how it went


I decided to make mango hot sauce using Carolina Reaper Moruga Scorpion and Ghost Peppers.
For this recipe, I usually use habaneros but since I had these spicy boys I decided to use them.

The biggest challenge was the fumes that came out of the oven, I had to clear the kitchen for a bit to let it clear out. I was coughing and choking so much that I couldn’t even talk correctly 🙂

**Ingredients:**

* 1 Carolina Reaper Red
* 1 Moruga Scorpion
* 2 Ghost Peppers
* (you can add more if you’re feeling brave)
* 3 Yellow Bell Peppers
* 1 Large Onion
* —- Chop and put these in the oven set on broil at max temp for 5min or until lightly browned —-
* 3 Ripe Mangos
* 300ml of Apple Cider Vinegar
* 4 tbsp of sugar
* 2 tbsp of salt
* Juice of one Lemon

Add all the roasted ingredients along with everything else in a blender and blitz away, then you’re done! Enjoy!
