Ingredients
Corn Flour – 1 Cup
All-Purpose Flour – 1/2 Cup
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Oil – For Frying
Mushroom – 150 gms
Garlic – 4 Cloves (Finely Chopped)
Green Chili – 4 (Chopped Lengthwise)
Onion – 1 medium
Red Capsicum – 1
Green Capsicum – 1
Yellow Capsicum – 1
Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Ketchup – 2 tbsp

How to make Chili mushroom at home –
1. At first add, all-purpose flour, cornflour, red chili powder, salt, and garam masala. Mix them and add mushrooms to it. Fry them in batches.
2. Then in a pan add garlic, green chili, onion, red capsicum, green capsicum, and yellow capsicum. Saute it well and add soy sauce and ketchup to it.
Add water and boil it.
3. After that add fried mushrooms and serve well.
