Serves: 4
Ingredients:
• Baby Potato’s – 20
• Water – for boiling
• Corn flour – 1/3 cup
• All-purpose flour – 1/3 cup
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Oil – for deep frying
• Sesame oil – 1 tsp
• Garlic – 2 tsp
• Onion – ½ cup
• Capsicum – ½ cup
• Chili sauce – 1 tbsp
• Ketchup – 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
• Spring onions – 2 tbsp
• Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Method:
1. In pot add water and potato’s and cook till soft.
2. Drain potato’s immediately and peel the skin off and cut into 2 pieces.
3. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, corn flour and salt mix and add water to make paste.
4. Dip the potato pieces into corn flour mixture and drop slowly into hot oil and fry till golden and crisp.
5. In a pan add sesame oil and chopped garlic.
6. Add onion, capsicum and chilis, and toss it for 2 min.
7. Add chili, soya Sause and ketchup and water and mix well.
8. Now add crispy potato’s and mix and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
