I started these from seeds of a red scorpion pepper that I bought at the farmers market. 6 plants survived, three of which produced all produced chocolate colored scorpion peppers. Flavor and heat is the same as I remembered. The other three cross bred with a habanero. Haven’t tried them yet. A stem broke off so I’ve been ripening them inside. They look cool. size shape and color of the habanero, but they are more dented and rippled like the scorpion.
