He guys! Happy Friday, hopefully everyone had a decent week. It’s November that means time to dig into those warm comfort foods! Like this Chili Con Carne. Yup a simple and tasty chili that is very versatile and perfect for the whole family in this type weather. Even if you are only making this for two people and have left overs for the week it keeps perfectly! So go ahead make this one you will fall in love with it. Total Time: 3 hours
Makes: 10 Servings

Chili Paste:
3 Tbsp. Ancho Chili Powder
3 Tbsp. Cornmeal
1 Tbsp. Chipotle Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Coriander
2 tsp. Oregano

Chili:
4 lb. Chuck Roast, Chunked in 1″ Cubes
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Onion, Diced
2 Poblano Peppers, Seeded and Diced
5 Jalapeños, Seeded and Diced
10 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
4 Cups Beef Broth
1 14oz. Can Tomato Sauce
2 14oz. Can Pinto Beans, Drained and Rinsed
