Low-Carb Keto Chili Recipe
1 lb Beef
1 lb Italian Sausage
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Yellow Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Jalapeño Pepper with seeds
1 28oz Can Tomato Sauce
2 14oz Cans Diced Tomatos
1 6oz Can Tomato Paste
1 Cup Bone Broth (or more)
1 Tbs Molasses
1 Tbs Bacon Fat (optional)
2 1/2 Cups Cauliflower Rice
1/2 Tbs Salt
1/2 Tbs Pepper
1/2 Tbs Garlic Herb Seasoning
1/2 Tbs Cumin
1/2 Tbs Chili Pepper (optional)
1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Place Instant Pot on Sauté mode then sauté meat until cooked through, then add veggies and sauté one or two more minutes.
Let Instant Pot cool down then add the rest of the ingredients. Make sure you stir it well. Place on pressure cooker mode for 30 minutes. This is a very thick chili so if your Instant Pot says Burn don’t worry about it just move it to a pan on the stovetop.
If you don’t prefer spicy food just omit the Jalapeño and Chili Powder.
