Recipe

1. Add salt and water to wheat flour and make a smooth dough with be light hands. Set aside and let it rest for 10 mins.

2. Finely chop onion , capsicum, ginger, garlic , green chilli and set aside

3. Heat a pan add 1 Tbsp oil, onion, capsicum and saute for a two minutes.

4. Add ginger garlic and green chilli , saute for two minutes , add salt to taste

5. To one part of the above mixture add grated cheese,basil and pepper, mix well.

6.Now take a small ball size amount from the dough and stuff the mixture into it.

7. Bring all the edges together and seal them. Dust it with some flour and roll out into circular shape paratha using a rolling pin.

8. Heat a girdle and cook paratha over it on medium flame till brown spots start appearing. Apply ghee or butter and cook again from both sides.

9. To another portion of the onion capsicum mixture add mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, red chili flakes, amchur powder, jeera powder, coriander powder and mix evenly.

10.Now take a small ball size amount from the dough and stuff the mixture into it.

11. Bring all the edges together and seal them. Dust it with some flour and roll out in a circular shape using a rolling pin.

12. Heat a girdle and cook paratha over it on medium flame till brown spots start appearing. Apply ghee or butter and cook again from both sides.

13.To another portion of the onion capsicum mixture add grated paneer, ajwain, anardana powder, red chili flakes, coriander powder, amchur powder, jeera powder, coriander leaves, mix evenly.

14.Now take a small ball size amount from the dough and stuff the mixture into it.

15. Bring all the edges together and seal them. Dust it with some flour and roll out in a circular shape using a rolling pin.

16. Heat a girdle and cook paratha over it on medium flame till brown spots start appearing. Apply ghee or butter and cook again from both sides.

Serve hot with curd and chutney
