
Today I got talking to the super chill owner of a Mexican takeaway place and we bonded over our collection of hot sauces. He then proceeded to gift me a dried Carolina Reaper out of the blue. Now, as a long-term heat aficionado this is not my first rodeo but Reapers are supposedly something else.
Do you guys have any tips on how to prepare and use them in a dish so that it’s enjoyable? I’m curious about its fierceness but I don’t want to cry and puke in the fetal position all night either…
