Come cook some keto cornbread and chili with me! I try to eat low carb most of the time so I thought I’d record myself as well as my mom making a healthy dinner on a cold night 🙂 The cornbread recipe is in the video however below is the chili recipe I didn’t post during the video:
We doubled it but the normal recipe is as follows-
4TBS olive oil
2lbs of chili meat
4 cloves of garlic
15oz canned tomato sauce
1 quart chicken broth
4TBS chili powder
1/2tsp cumin
1/2 black pepper
1/2tsp salt
1.5 C of black beans
Brown garlic , add meat, cook until browned- then add tomatoes, salt and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer then add the rest of the condiments as well as the beans, cover and cook on low for about an hour to let the flavors stew. Then let cool for a bit and enjoy!
