Today’s special recipe is Chili chicken .
Chili chicken/Restaurant style Chili chicken gravy/Chili chicken recipe
Try this recipe with veg fried rice.

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken -300gm
Salt -1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Maida/flour -2tsp
Soya sauce -1/4 tsp
Grated Ginger & garlic -1 tsp
Egg -1
Oil for deep fry
oil -1 tsp
Garlic (Chopped)-1 tbsp
Ginger(chopped) – 2 tsp
onion(chopped)-1 tsp
Green chili -2
Onion (cubed )-1
Capsicum (cubed )-1
Tomato (cubed) -1
Chili sauce -1 tbsp
Tomato sauce -1 tbsp
soya sauce -1 tbsp
salt-1/2 tsp
Cornflour -2 tsp
water -1/2 cup
Process:
In a bowl add chicken piece, salt, grated Ginger garlic, soya sauce, black pepper powder,& egg.mix this very well.
Heat oil in kadhai, add chicken pieces ,deep fry for 3-4 minutes.
Reduce much oil from the kadhai , add chopped garlic,Ginger,onion. saute this until changes golden brown .
add chopped green chili
Add cubed onions, capsicum , also add seedless cubed tomato , cook this for 2 minutes.
Add Red Chili sauce, tomato sauce,soya sauce ,and salt .
mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
Add fried chicken pieces, cook for 1 minutes
Add 2 tbs cornflour in 1/2 cup water to make batter.
Add cornflour batter in kadhai .
Mix well & cook for 2 minutes
Serve with fried rice
