Low Carb Beef Chili Nutrition (per 1/8 recipe):
Energy – 282 Cal
Fat – 15.5 g
Carbs – 7.8 g (Net Carbs – 5.0 g)

Low Carb Beef Chili Ingredients (8 Servings):
– 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
– 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
– 1/2 cup Spicy Salami, diced
– 2 cups Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
– 1 Onion, diced
– 4 stalks Celery, diced
– 2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
– 3 Jalapeno Peppers, diced
– 1 cup Crushed Tomatoes
– 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
– 2 Tbsp Chili Powder, split
– 1 Tbsp Oregano
– 1 tsp Cumin
– 1 tsp Coriander
– Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pan on Medium high heat then add the avocado oil.
2. Add 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 Tbsp of chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Break apart the meat and cook before adding the spicy salami. Set aside.
3. In a large Crock Pot layer the meat mixture in the bottom and top with the remaining ingredients.
4. Mix the Crock Pot ingredients then place the lid on.
5. Let cook on High setting for 4-6 hours.
6. Allow to cool then serve. Serve topped with your favourite garnishes: Shredded cheddar cheese, diced avocado, sour cream, pickled jalapenos, green onions.
