Full Recipe:
To make the shrimp:
1 lb of shrimp
1 tbsp oil
slab of butter
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chilli powder
salt and pepper
Sauté until done (pink) set aside and use same pan for your mixed topping.
Mixed topping:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 block of cream cheese or 4 oz
1 can quartered artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 can green chilis
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
Mix all in a warm pan on low until well blended.
Slice bread in two halves and toast (ciabatta or French bread)
Spoon mixture on top of open faced bread then top with shrimp and more parmesan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve warm. Enjoy!
