Today we are making the ultimate chili oil. It is rich in flavour and spices.
There is nothing better than homemade chilli oil where you are carefully blending all the unique spices.
You can literally use this chili oil to add flavour and spice up any dish.
You can use it on pasta, plain rice, fried rice, noodles, eggs, sandwich. You can use it everywhere.
The roast sesame seeds and the chilli flakes will give a nice crunchy texture to your amazing chili oil.

The ingredients for this Chili Oil are:
Chilli flakes – 90g
Sichuan peppercorns – 10g
Hot chilli powder – 5g
Cayenne pepper – 5g
Paprika powder – 5g
Black vinegar – 20g
Roasted sesame seeds – 10g
Garlic – 6 cloves
Star anise – 6
Cinnamon stick – 1
Black cardamon – 5
Fine salt – 10g
Olive Oil – 750ml (or any other oil such as sunflower oil, peanut oil, canola oil)
