Chili
1/4 cup finely diced onion + sweet peppers
1 lb ground beef cooked on stove before adding to crockpot
1 large can Blue run Creel Style red beans
One canned chili beans
One can rotel
8 ounces of water or broth
1 tsp of each of these: liquid smoke, crushed garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, adobo seasoning
2 tsp w
1/8 tsp Of each of these: Cumin, chili powder
Mix and cook on low for 6-10 hours
Cornbread
1.5 cups sprouted yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 TSP sweetener
1 TSP baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each of these: Black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
2/3 cup half and half
3-4 large eggs
3 TSP melted butter
Cook in dish of choice I used a cast-iron pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
