Slow cooker Mexican Chicken Chili
Makes 8- 1 cup servings
Each serving = 💚-4 💙-0 💜-0
Ingredients:
One pound of boneless skinless chicken breast
4 Tbsp of chili powder ( if using packets use 1 1/2 packets
2 – 10 oz cans of rotelle
12 oz of frozen corn
2 -15 oz cans of pinto beans drained
1 cup of salsa
3 cups of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Add all ingredients to slow cooker
Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5- 6 hours
