My Crock-Pot Turkey Chili Recipe

This is a recipe I originally looked at on Pinterest, I believe, but since have modified to fit my own tastes. The recipe couldn’t be easier!

1 Pound of Ground Turkey (or Ground Beef)
1 Medium Onion, diced
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 16 oz can of red kidney beans, drained/rinsed
1 16 oz can of white kidney beans, drained/rinsed
1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 1.25 oz Packet of Chili Seasoning, or any chili-related spices to your taste. (I’d add maybe 1.5 packets to my next batch, it was a little bland).

Add all ingredients to a Crock-Pot or other slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or on low for 8-10. I recommend high, as it better cooks the onions. Serve with cheese and/or sour cream if desired, and even some corn bread!
