Ingredients

– 4 jalapenos | Deseeded if you want less heat
– 2 red bell peppers |
– 6 indian okra |
– 1 onion |
– fresh ginger |
– 2 pounds of 96% lean beef | Can use ground turkey or shredded chicken
– crushed red pepper | To taste
– garlic powder | To taste
– ground cumin | To taste
– curry powder | To taste
– garam masala | To taste
– turmeric | To taste
– salt | To taste
– crushed red pepper | To taste
– 12 ounces of paneer |
– 1 can of kidney beans |
– 1 can black beans |
– 1 can crushed tomatoes |
– beef broth |
– 1 can chickpeas |
– Low fat yogurt |
– Naan bread | Optional, but delicious

Instructions

1. Cut up all vegetables.
2. Cook all vegetables except jalapenos in skillet. Remove vegetables.
3. Cook beef and jalapenos in skillet until beef is browned. Add crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and ground cumin while cooking.
4. Cut up paneer and skillet until slightly browned.
5. Combine beef, vegetables, kidney beans, black beans, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, chickpeas, and yogurt in a large crock pot.
6. Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
