Loaded Goose Chili

Nothing hits the spot better than a warm hearty bowl of chili in the middle of winter. This is NOT your ordinary chili! Loaded with ground up goose meat, bacon, peppers, beans, beer, and several other delicious ingredients, this recipe will not disappoint!!

Loaded Goose Chili
1. Dice and grind partially frozen goose breast
2. Dice half-full package of bacon and brown in pot over medium heat until it starts to get crispy
3. Add diced vegetables to pot ( 1 onion, 2 bell peppers and 1 Serrano pepper)
4. After a couple minutes add first round of seasoning ( 2T chili powder, 1T minced garlic, salt/pepper to taste)
5. Cook vegetables with seasoning for a couple of minutes until veggies are tender
6. Add ground up goose meat and brown until completely cooked.
7. Add 1 can of crushed tomatoes
8. Add 1/2 can of tomato paste
9. Add 1C of regular BBQ sauce and 1/2 C of spicy BBQ sauce
10. Mix and let simmer for 20-30min
11. Add desired amount of beans (1-2 cans typically)
12. Add 1/2 a can of delicious Busch Light and then drink the rest
13. Add 1C of beef broth
14. Let simmer for 30min
15. Tate and adjust seasoning to get your desired taste
16. Serve and ENJOY!!!
