Horse Pen Ranch Chili Recipe:
3 pounds of ground meat of your choice
One large onion
Brown meat with onion and drain if needed
1 large can of rotel
1 large can of petite diced tomatoes
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 small can of kidney beans
1 small can of ranch style beans
Around 3 tablespoons of chili powder
Around 2 tablespoons of ancho chili powder
1 tablespoon of cumin
Salt and pepper and garlic to taste
Add two meat and simmer for 45 minutes
You can substitute the tomato sauce for tomato juice to make a thinner chili.
Enjoy with crackers, tortilla chips, cornbread, cheese, Fritos, sour cream, or just alone.
