Hey, everyone! Today I am sharing with you a recipe that I made for white bean chili. White bean chili is a very different type of chili than most people are used to. While most chili recipes have a tomato base a white bean chili tends to use sour cream, or even full fat cream instead. Today I am making this vegan by using soy yogurt and I am also making this rather easy by doing the whole thing in the instant pot. Let me know that you think. Enjoy!
