Crispy Baby Corn Chili: crispy fried baby corn in a sweet and spicy thick Chinese sauce along with onions and bell pepper (capsicum). It can be served as appetizer/starter or combined with steamed rice or noodles for a meal
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tbsp Rice Flour
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 tbsp Ginger Garlic Past
100gm of Baby corn Chopped
1 tbsp of Water
oil for Deep Frying
For Frying the Baby Corn:
3 tbsp Oil
1 Onion Chopped
1 Capsicum Chopped
Spring Onion Chopped
1 inch Ginger, Finely Chopped
Garlic, Finely Chopped
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
