KETO Chili Recipe | LOW CARB Super Bowl Food To Kick Start Your Party

Chili was one of those comfort foods that I really missed when starting my “low carb” journey. So, I created this keto chili recipe that not only had the same texture and flavor as chili but was also packed full of hidden veggies! Plus, it only takes about 20 minutes to cook all up. I enjoy this chili most with some shaved cheese, sour cream and 1/2 of an avocado. How will you enjoy it?

Ingredients:
1 kg Minced Meat
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Medium Carrot
1 Medium Brown Onion
1 Stalk of Celery
2 Cups Cauliflower Rice
1 Broccoli Stem
1 Cup Whole Button Mushrooms
2 Cups Beef Stock
1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic (approx 3-4 cloves)
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 1/2 Tsps Cumin
2 1/2 Tsps Dried Oregano
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Salt (half for seasoning meat, half for cooking)

Optional Toppings:
– Shredded Cheese
– Sour Cream
– Avocado
