Palak Keema complete recipe by our mommy’s kitchen.
Ingridents:
Spanish : 1 stalk
Mince : 1/2 kg
Ghee : 1/2 bowl
Onion : 1
Tomatoes :2
Maithi 1 stalk
Red chili: 1tsp
Tumeric: 1/2 tsp
Green chili : 4
Salt : 2 tsp
Mix spice : black cardamom 1, clove 4, whole black paper 1tsp
Garlic paste : 2 Tbsp
Direction:
Wash and boil spanish and stain its excess water.
Add onion into it.. Add mix spieces
When then Onion become soft. Add green chili.
Then add tumeric and garlic ginger paste.
Cook well then add mince into it.
Cook well then add mince and salt into it.
Cook well then add maithi into it.
Then add tomatoes and little water to cook properly.
Once the tomatoes fully cooked. Then add spanish… into it.
Cook for 15 min on low flame.
