Easy Chilli Fish Recipe | Tasty & Crispy Chilli Fish

Here’s an easy & yummy chilli fish recipe😋

Ingredients :

Fish – 250g (any fish of your choice cut into cube size pieces) Here I used pomfret (Avoli)

For marination :
Egg- 1
Maida- 3 tbsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli pwdr – 1tsp
Crushed pepper – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Water – 1 tbsp (to make paste form)
Oil – to deep fry

Oil – 2 tbsp (leftover fish fried oil)
Garlic – 1 & 1/2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ginger 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 3 sliced
Onion – 1 small (finely chopped) & 1 small cube size pieces
Capsicum – 1 small (cube size pieces)
Soy sauce – 1- 1&half tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Sugar – a pinch
Water – as required for gravy
Salt – to taste
Crushed pepper – 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli pwdr – 1 & half tsp

To garnish :
Spring onion greens
White sesame seeds
