INGREDIENTS OF HOT CHILLI SRI LANKAN CHICKEN AND POTATO CURRY…
100 grams Sliced potato’s
4 sliced tomato
3 sliced onion
1 Kilogram chicken
4 Tablespoons coconut oil
2 Teaspoons turmeric
3 Teaspoons fried spicy masala
2 Teaspoons curry powder
2 Tablespoons garlic paste
2 Tablespoons ginger paste
2 Tablespoons cumin
Coconut milk as required

To prepare this chicken recipe
Take a oil pan and heat it. Over medium flame when the oil pan heat enough add the curry powder, chili powder,pandon leaves and curry leaves. Then mix it for five minutes and grind it well.
After that put all the spicy fried masala into the chicken and marinate it for 20 minutes.
Now take a pot and heat coconut oil over medium flame
When the oil is hot enough, add the ginger garlic paste in it and sauté for a few seconds till the raw smell goes away.
Now add onions and sauté until they become translucent. Add tomatoes and stir them well for 2 minutes..
After that add boiled sliced potatoes and marinated chicken into the pot and start to mix all their ingredients completely.
cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Then add enough coconut milk. To submerge the potatoes and chicken. Cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes…..
Finally turn off the flame and serve hot…
