Potatoes – 3
Maida – 4 tbsp
Rice – 4 tbsp
Corn starch – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – As required
Oil – To fry
Sauce:
Crushed Garlic – 2 tbsp
Slit green chilies – 2 Nos
Sliced Capsicum – 1 Cup
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Red chili sauce – 1 tbsp
Light soya sauce – 1 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Roasted sesame seeds – 3 tsp
Chopped spring onion – 1/3 cup
Corn starch slurry – 1/2 Cup
Honey – 1 + 1/2 tsp
Water – As required
