Making the McCormick’s Venison Chili. Great tasting chili. Recipe below:
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
2 large garlic clove, finely chopped
1 pound ground venison
1 pound venison stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup French’s® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
3 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon salt
1 (15 to 19 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
