CHILLI FISH RECIPE | CHILLI FISH RESTAURANT STYLE | CHILLI FISH DRY RECIPE | CHILLI GARLIC FISH
Ingredients
500 grams of boneless fish fillets
½ cup of curd / yoghurt
1 tsp of red chilli powder
½ tsp of turmeric powder
½ tsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of pepper powder
1/4th tbsp. of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of lime juice
2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
2 tbsp of corn flour
1 tbsp of all-purpose flour
5 chopped garlic cloves
4 slit green chillies
1 medium sized onion
½ a green capsicum
½ a yellow capsicum
½ a cup of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of vinegar
2 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
2 tbsp of brown sugar
Take 500 grams of boneless fish fillets. Add ½ cup of curd / yoghurt, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of pepper powder, 1/4th tbsp. of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of lime juice. Mix it well. Keep it aside for marination for 1 hour. Then add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp of corn flour and mix it well. Then keep it aside.
Take a wok and oil to deep fry. Once the oil is hot, drop the fish fillets. Fry it for 4 to 5 minutes. Then keep it aside on a paper towel.
Then in a wok add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour. Add 5 chopped garlic cloves, 4 slit green chilies. Fry it for a minute. Then add 1 medium sized onion and fry it for another 3 minutes. Then add ½ a green capsicum and ½ a yellow capsicum and fry it for another 3 minutes. Then add ½ a cup of light soy sauce along with 1 tbsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce, 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and 2 tbsp of brown sugar. Mix it and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Then add the fish fillets and mix it well. Let it cook for another 3 minutes. Then switch off the flame and serve it with onion rings.
