Paneer Chilli Dry is Commonly used as starter dish, but also there are variations found in chilli paneer recipes by making thin gravy and adding some other ingredients.
Paneer Chilli is not only served as starter dish, but also serve with rice or fried rice too.

Ingredients To Make Chilli Paneer :
1. Paneer : 400 Grams
2. Red Bell Paper : 1 Small Bowl (50 Grams)
3. Yellow Bell Paper : 1 Small Bowl (50 Grams)
4. Green Bell Paper : 1 Small Bowl (50 Grams)
5. Onion : 1 Small Bowl (50 Grams)
6. Ginger : 1 Tea Spoon
7. Garlic : 1 Tea Spoon
For Coating Paneer :
8. Corn Flower : 2 Tea Spoons
9. Red Chilli Powder : Half Tea Spoon.
For Making Batter :
10. All Purpose Flower (Maida) : 4 Tea Spoons
11. Corn Flower : 2 Tea Spoons
Frying Paneer For Chilli:
12. Oil
Making Sauce For Paneer Chilli:
13. Soya Sauce : 1 Tea Spoon
14. Vinegar : Half Tea Spoon
15. Sugar : Half Tea Spoon
16. Salt : As Per Taste
17. Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tea Spoon
18. Corn Flour : 1 Tea Spoon
19. Water : as required (30 – 50 ML)
20. Spring Onion : As required.
Steps To Make Chilli Paneer :
1. Take 400 Grams Paneer and cut into medium squares.
2. For coating paneer, Put paneer into bowl and add 2 Tea spoons of Corn Flour and Half Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder, Mix it slowly or toss it slowly.
3. In Another bowl add Maida and Corn Flour in equal quantity (2 spoons), mix it well by adding water. Make batter thick as shown in video.
4. Pour batter on coated paneer and mix it slowly.
5. Keep oil in pan and turn on the gas/stove. Keep flame on medium to high heat.
6. Fry paneer on medium heat slowly. Once you are done with frying paneer take another pan to make sauce.
7. Add 2 tea spoon oil in Pan, add Ginger and garlic Fry it slowly for 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Add Onion and Fry it till its become golden brown, Add Red, Yellow and Green Bell papers and fry them by steering slowly. This will take 2 to 3 minutes. Add half tea spoon sugar and mix it well.
9. In small bowl add 1 tea spoon red chilli powder, add 1 or 2 tea spoon water mix it well add pour this into pan and mix it well. If you love spice you can increase the amount of chilli powder.
10. Add 1 tea spoon Soya sauce, half tea spoon vinegar and mix it slowly.
11. To make sauce thick, add 1 tea spoon corn flour into 50 ml water mix it well and pour this in sauce pan. Mix it slowly until sauce get thick. If you want you can add more water and corn flour to make it thin.
12. Add fried paneer and mix slowly into sauce, keep steering for couple of minutes, so paneer will absorb sauce.
13. Add Salt as per taste.
14. Sprinkle some spring onion to garnish.
